Service Exchange
Items supplied on a service exchange basis have a 90 day warranty period, unless otherwise stated. If an item fails during the warranty period, you should return it to us for repair. If stock is available, we may decide to send replacement parts for warranty exchange. If stock is unavailable and repair is uneconomical, we may, at our discretion, offer a full refund. Please note that carriage is not refundable unless specifically agreed by us.
Service exchange is only available on items which are in good physical condition. The full price of the item will be charged until the defective item has been received and determined to be repairable. Items returned in a non-repairable condition will be charged at the manufacturers replacement cost.
Test
Payment
Testing is charged at between £60.00 and £250.00, depending on the complexity. Please telephone us with a full description of the item and fault before sending items to us for test.
We currently accept payment by Cheque, Bank Transfer or approved 30 day accounts. We are also able to accept credit and debit cards (handling charge of 4% applicable).
Returns
Product Information
Only those products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect resale condition shall be accepted for full credit. In the event that items returned have been opened, they will be subject to a 30% testing and restocking charge.
The photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contract. If there are any errors in them, we may in no way be held liable for this. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the information contained within these web pages. This applies in particular when any technical or physical alterations are made to the product on the initiative of our partner suppliers.
Call Out Rates
Business Insurance
On-Site service work is charged as follows:
Labour: £43/hr (2 hrs minimum callout)
Travel: £43/hr (There is no additional charge for mileage).
